My passion for cooking started when I was 5. I was inspired by the culinary talents and passion of Chef Emeril Lagasse. His “BAM” routine captivated me.
My aspiration are to become a "Master Chef De Cuisine" and to own a Culinary & Fitness Business.

Attending The Culinary Institute of America has
been my most important and rewarding decision.
The Experience of a Lifetime!
As a student of The Culinary Institute, I had the opportunity to complete an 18 week internship at Disney's Artist Point Restaurant.
(as an apprentice Chef 9/2012 - 1/2013)
At the “Artist Point” restaurant I had the opportunity to work with and learn from the most AMAZING team of Culinary professionals.
I LEARNED A LOT ABOUT WORKING IN A HIGH-END HIGH PRODUCTION KITCHEN!!
The “Artist Point” restaurant is ranked 3rd highest among Disney's signature restaurants.
I led my High School
Culinary Team to a
3rd Place win at the
Maryland Prostart
Student Invitational
—2/2010 and 3/2011.
