“I LOVE A CHALLENGE and I Love Preparing Extraordinary Cuisines”!

My passion for cooking started when I was 5 years old.  I was inspired by the culinary talents and passion of executive chef Emeril Lagasse. I loved watching his TV show – he captivated me his “BAM” routine for adding spices.

I was also inspired by the cooking skills of my father, mother, grandfather and grandmothers. I especially loved accompanying my dad as a volunteer to an annual event called “Men In The Kitchen”. As a junior chef, I contributed my desserts.  As I got older I contributed my specialty dishes.

Over the year I have continued to focus on refining and expanding my skills and I am developing a diverse and unique menu repertoire that includes scrumptious selections for hors d’oeuvres, desserts and complete dinners.

Aaron-Photos-Chef_Outfit_Pose_600x745_05I started my “formal training by enrolling in the “Culinary Arts” Academy at my High School. I was an active member of the Culinary team and I led the team to a 3rd Place win at the Maryland Prostart Student Invitational in 2010 and 2011.

I continued my formal training at Cattail Creek Country Club for two years (an exclusive Club restaurant in my home town of Glenelg Maryland).
Following that, I had the unique and exciting opporunity to be trained at the 3rd highest signature restaurant “Artist Point” at the world renowned Walt Disney World Resorts in Orlando Florida.

I am currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts & Business Management at The Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, New York)
